The dress itself is well put together, though my experience was mixed. My seamstress kept saying how well made it is. It arrived a bit creased, but my steamer sorted it quickly. I needed to take in the waist slightly, which took one alteration appointment. Their customer service was super helpful in helping me choose between two dresses. Still, I'd recommend it if you leave enough time for alterations.

Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
