This was a decent dress from Devotion Dresses. The color was slightly different than on the site, but I actually liked it better. Because it's custom, I needed very few alterations. Ordering was simpler than I expected - just submit your measurements and they manage the rest. After alterations, it looked great. I was able to dance all night without any discomfort.

The dress fits really comfortably - I wore it for more than 10 hours without any issues. I chose Devotion mainly for their custom fit, which beats off-the-rack options by far. There was a tiny loose thread near the waist that I just snipped off myself, but everything else was flawless. Overall, pretty happy with my choice. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous. I got compliments all night from people I didn't even know.

The dress is lovely with some ups and downs. The craftsmanship is excellent, clearly beautifully sewn by skilled artisans. I appreciated the updates during the process, though I wish they'd sent photos at different stages. It arrived a bit creased, but my steamer fixed it quickly. Glad I went ahead with the order.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
