Here's the thing - if you're hesitating about ordering from Devotion, just stop and order... It arrived carefully wrapped in a branded box with a protective packaging, such a nice touch. The fit was flattering and comfortable - I could move and dance all night without issues. My partner cried when he saw me in this dress, making the day even more special. I tell everyone about them!

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does production take?
This A-line dress is handcrafted to your measurements in our European atelier. Production typically takes 8–12 weeks, followed by 1–2 weeks for delivery.
Can I customize this dress?
Available changes depend on the design. Review the listed options for this gown, including any upgrade prices. Ask your consultant to confirm fabric, colour or structural changes before ordering.
How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
