Really pretty dress with a couple small things to mention. Since it was custom measured, my seamstress barely had to alter anything. My partner almost forgot his vows when he turned around at the altar. Truly, the fabric is soft, comfortable, and clearly high quality. Shipping took roughly a week longer than expected, but it was worth it. I'd recommend it, with just that minor note. I was able to dance all night without any discomfort. My wedding planner was impressed with the quality.

Two words: absolute perfection. The fabric is really high quality and moves beautifully when you walk. I only needed a slight waist adjustment; everything else fit perfectly. The tailored sizing convinced me - it's way better than off-the-rack. Do yourself a favor and just get it.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
