A close friend recommended Devotion and raved about it, so I gave it a try. The dress is beautiful with just a minor note. Truly, the fit was perfect for my body and I wore it comfortably for over 10 hours. The zipper wasn't super smooth at first but loosened up. glad I bought it and would tell others to check it out. The website photos are gorgeous, but this Avani A-line V-neck Milk dress is even better in person. My sister got emotional seeing me in it. The craftsmanship is impressive for the price. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
