So, i got married in August 2024, and this was my dream dress. The lace is so gorgeous and clearly high quality. The V-neckline is flattering, and the open back made me feel beautiful. Even though I'm not super thin, the straps and open back combo worked amazingly well. My best friend helped me measure, and we watched the Devotion the tutorial they provide multiple times to get it right. It arrived in about seven weeks and fit perfectly. This sweep train was just the right length. Absolutely thrilled!

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
