The gown from Devotion was nice overall, though I've a few notes. The bust was slightly off, so I had to have my seamstress tweak it, but it was an easy fix. It came beautifully packaged via priority delivery with a velvet hanger and repair kit. I'd recommend it but make sure to give yourself time for alterations. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous. My mother cried when she first saw me in it. The fabric catches the light beautifully in photos. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
