To be fair, here's my honest take on Devotion. A few guests told me the dress was stunning. My seamstress said whoever made it really knew their craft. The dress came in a beautiful branded box with a velvet hanger and repair kit included. Couldn't give it higher marks. The quality far exceeded what I expected at this price point.

Overall a good experience with this dress. I got more compliments than ever before - everyone kept asking about it. I only needed a small hem, otherwise it fit perfectly. The made-to-order fit made it feel truly made for me. The high neckline is regal and really sets it apart. I wish the the guide on their website was a bit more detailed, but not a dealbreaker. A decent option for budget-conscious brides.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
