Overall, gorgeous bridal dress. The sweetheart neckline is so romantic and frames the bust nicely. Quality is way better than dresses I tried at local boutiques. tailored fit meant hardly any alterations. I kept looking down at the dress wondering if it was really me. My husband said it was the most beautiful dress he'd ever seen on me. The only gripe was that the the directions on the website could have been more detailed, but everything else was great. Very happy and would recommend Devotion. My photographer said it was one of the best dresses she's shot. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived. The silhouette was incredibly flattering on my body type.

Decent dress from Devotion. I'm a size 3 and it fit my body beautifully. The sweetheart neckline is classic and pretty. The dress arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. The buttons on the back were tight at first but are fine now. The bust area wasn't quite right so I needed a quick alteration, but nothing big. A fair choice for brides looking for value. The color was exactly as shown on the website.

Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
