In the end, an okay experience with Devotion. It had some wrinkles from shipping but steamed out perfectly. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and every detail seemed well-finished. The dress arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. The sweetheart neckline was exactly what I pictured - really flattering. Would recommend, just keep realistic expectations.

The dress is nice but I had mixed feelings. My seamstress said the fit was almost perfect from the start. The little pearls add a refined touch. the exposed back is stunning - so many guests commented on it. The color wasn't exactly like online but it was barely noticeable. Way better quality than anything I tried at local boutiques. If you're debating it, go for it - you won't regret it. The silhouette was incredibly flattering on my body type. The beading work is really exquisite when you see it in person. The attention to detail is really noticeable up close.

Absolutely loved this dress! Truly, the sweetheart neckline is so romantic, and the detachable sleeves gave me great options. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I had to get the bust taken in a bit, even though I followed the measurement guide exactly. Still, that was an easy fix, and the dress was much cheaper than comparable styles at David's Bridal. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it.

Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
