If you're hesitating about ordering from Devotion, I say go for it. The quality is far better than bridal shop dresses costing twice as much. The lace is absolutely gorgeous up close. This bridal dress is beautiful, with just one minor thing. The two-in-one feature is brilliant - I loved having two distinct looks in one dress. I had to get a minor adjustment at the bust, but everything else fit perfectly. Overall, I'm very happy and would recommend it. It was comfortable enough to wear for the entire reception. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
