Truly, the dress looks great, though there were pros and cons. I had a question about measurements and got a same-day reply. the low back is gorgeous and held up securely all night. As a plus size bride, it fit me beautifully. The updates at every stage were reassuring. I'd recommend it but go in with realistic expectations. Several guests asked me where I got it. The dress itself is stunning, with excellent satin quality and a perfect fit through the hips and waist. However, shipping was slower than expected - about 3 weeks instead of 2. Also, the dress is quite heavy, so keep that in mind if you plan to dance all night. Still very satisfied overall.

Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
