Such a beautiful dress - I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. The beadwork adds just the right amount of sparkle - subtle but impactful. It looks better in person than on the website. The zipper was a bit stiff at first but smoothed out after a couple uses. all in all, a great experience Devotion to other brides. My wedding planner was impressed with the quality. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived.

Pretty pretty good dress. It arrived via priority shipping Express in pristine packaging. The 3D appliques are detailed and romantic. The illusion neckline is a lovely feature with intricate details. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
