Actually, the photos on the site are gorgeous but seeing this dress in person? Next level. I only needed the length shortened slightly. Actually, the quality is way better than other online wedding dresses I looked at. I got more compliments than ever before - everyone kept asking about it. The ivory shade is true - not too warm or cool. This trumpet style really flatters your figure, but be aware it's not the easiest to move in - sitting through dinner was a bit tricky. The illusion details are delicate and beautiful. The fit was good, though I had my local seamstress reinforce the bust area a bit. For a finely crafted custom dress, the value is excellent - just prepare for minor alterations if you're between sizes.

Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
