The dress is really nice but my experience was mixed. I was able to customize the train length, which they handled well. The back buttons were a bit stiff at first but no real problem.

I'm getting married in May 2023 and this dress looked absolutely stunning. The lace appliques and beading are very intricate and really caught the light beautifully. The mesh fabric felt a bit stiff when I first put it on, but it loosened up after wearing it for about an hour. My seamstress mentioned that the construction quality was even better than dresses she sees from bridal shops. The champagne color photographed beautifully.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
