This dress is gorgeous - I'd give it a 4.5 if I could. They kept me in the loop during production, which eased my anxiety about ordering online. The beadwork is stunning, especially in photos - subtle but makes a big impact. Our photographer said it was one of the most beautiful dresses she's ever shot. The fabric looked a bit different than on screen, but I actually like it better. good purchase overall Devotion. I was able to dance all night without any discomfort. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos. The dress traveled well for our destination wedding.

Such a beautiful gown with just one small note. The fabric sparkles beautifully beautifully - it almost glows in certain lighting. Honestly, the illusion neckline is so delicate and pretty. I usually wear a size 6 and ordered custom measurements, but the waist still needed to be taken in about an inch. The light pink color is absolutely gorgeous in person, and the beading and sequins sparkled beautifully at our reception. Shipping took three weeks, which was longer than the two weeks they estimated. Honestly, the illusion neckline is really elegant, and I received tons of compliments. Just keep in mind that even with the sizing option, some alterations might be needed. The quality far exceeded what I expected at this price point.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
