Pretty good dress with some thoughts... The ordering was straightforward - you follow their video for measurements and submit your order. My alterations woman said the construction was excellent. I wish they had sent progress photos during production, but everything else was great. The dress looks nice, and I'm happy enough. My wedding planner was impressed with the quality. The fabric glows in photos beautifully in photos. I appreciated how responsive the team was throughout the process.

Really lovely dress with just one minor note... I couldn't stop staring at myself in it, still can't believe it's me. I only needed a tiny alteration. The A-line shape is flattering and flows so nicely from the waist. Shipping was about a week later than I hoped but the dress was worth the wait. Still really happy I chose Devotion. The beading work is really exquisite when you see it in person.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
