If you're unsure about Devotion, just order already. This dress blew me away. Quality was better than I expected. Only needed a small bust adjustment; everything else fit great. would absolutely recommend. The color was exactly as shown on the website. I felt so confident walking down the aisle. The beading work is really exquisite when you see it in person. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived. I was able to dance all night without any discomfort.

Actually, the dress is lovely but a few things to note. The illusion neckline looks amazing up close, offering coverage while still stunning. Ordering was simple using the instructions on the site. The back buttons were a bit stiff initially but not a big deal. A decent pick for the price. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived. The silhouette was incredibly flattering on my body type. I would choose this dress again in a heartbeat. My mother cried when she first saw me in it.

Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
