So, bought this dress on a whim and have zero regrets. It looks even better in person than in photos. I'm petite and the custom fit made a huge difference, meaning hardly any alterations. The Amy dress is lovely - the illusion neckline is delicate and romantic, and the A-line shape flatters most body types, which is why I chose it... The ivory color is classic. I did need to have the straps adjusted by a local seamstress because they didn't sit right on my shoulders despite the custom measurements. Otherwise, the fit was spot-on. For the price, this is an amazing value compared to boutique dresses that were $3,000 or more. I would choose this dress again in a heartbeat.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
