I almost never review but this dress deserves all the stars. I'm tall and it fits my body type perfectly. the back detail is gorgeous and felt secure the whole night. It arrived in a beautiful branded Devotion box - felt really special opening it. Looks even better in person than I expected. Ten out of ten. Well, i keep pulling this dress out of the careful packaging just to admire it. The made-to-measure fit meant my seamstress hardly had to alter anything. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
