Can I customize this dress?
Available changes depend on the design. Review the listed options for this gown, including any upgrade prices. Ask your consultant to confirm fabric, colour or structural changes before ordering.
How does made-to-measure sizing work?

If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
