This wedding dress is really pretty and I'd rate it 4.5 stars if I could. Ordering was easy thanks to their step-by-step guides. Found just one loose thread near the bodice but it was hardly noticeable. The quality and craftsmanship feel far beyond the price point. My wedding planner was impressed with the quality.

Loved this dress for our intimate wedding last August. They kept me updated when the dress was being made and shipped, which helped ease my nerves. My tailor was amazed at the quality for the price. Truly, the fit was just right - hugged me in the right places and flowed elsewhere. The skirt was a bit longer than I expected, but my tailor fixed it without any fuss. I'd recommend Devotion, just keep the skirt length in mind. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous. The fabric reflects beautifully beautifully in photos. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
