Good gown from Devotion with a few points to note. the back of the dress was the highlight and got tons of compliments. the delivery was great with a velvet hanger and repair kit. It had some wrinkles from shipping but steamed out easily. A reasonable choice for brides on a budget. I got compliments all night from people I didn't even know.

Powder pink is a lovely alternative to white. The glittering tulle caught the light beautifully during our evening reception. The A-line was flattering on me. I deducted one star because the open back was lower than I expected, which made me a bit self-conscious, plus the straps needed a slight adjustment. Still a gorgeous dress, and the quality for the price was excellent. I would choose this dress again in a heartbeat. The back detail is really what makes this dress special. My mother cried when she first saw me in it. I was able to dance all night without any discomfort.

Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
