The cappuccino underlay is gorgeous, but it was darker than I expected based on the photos. I'm 5'3", and my seamstress had to shorten the hem by about four inches, which wasn't accounted for in my measurements. The long sleeves were perfect for my November wedding, and the lace appliques were delicate and well-made. I just wish the color matched the online photos better. The color was exactly as shown on the website. I appreciated how responsive the team was throughout the process.

I wore this dress last October at our barn venue, and it was perfect. The Queen Anne neckline is very flattering, and my husband loved the open back. The only reason I'm giving 4.5 stars instead of five is because the tulle was a bit stiffer than I expected, so it didn't flow as much as I wanted in photos. I used their sizing chart and it worked perfectly. I'd definitely recommend Devotion Dresses to anyone looking for great quality without the boutique price tag.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
