Truly, the dress looks great with its pros and cons. They kept me in the loop during production, which helped ease my nerves. Being plus size, it was perfect off the rack, which is rare. I just wish the the directions on the website was a bit more detailed, though that wasn't a dealbreaker. I needed one alteration on the waist. Overall a decent option for brides wanting good value.

Beautiful dress with a great fit and an amazing price for a custom gown. The ivory color is soft and romantic. Shipping took about six weeks instead of five, but it was worth the wait. The illusion neckline is really flattering, and the A-line shape is classic and elegant. a team member from the team was very responsive with my questions. Definitely recommend. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
