So, good gown from Devotion with some notes. It arrived in a beautiful branded box with a velvet hanger and a repair kit, which was a nice touch. The mermaid/trumpet silhouette is very flattering. The back zipper was a bit stiff at first but loosened up quickly. Overall, I'd recommend it but set expectations accordingly. I felt so confident walking down the aisle. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it.

The classic straight-across neckline on the Gioconda is so flattering. I found Devotion through an Instagram account and decided to take a chance. The dress quality is great - rhinestones are secure and the silk is smooth. The color was a bit more ivory than the "milk" shade I expected but still beautiful. The long sleeves worked perfectly for our December wedding in Vermont. Shipping took nearly three weeks, which felt a bit long while I waited, but they kept me updated throughout production.

This dress is stunning. This silk feels luxurious and the rhinestones sparkle beautifully. I'm 5'3" and pear-shaped, and I was worried about the mermaid cut, but it suited my measurements perfectly. My only reason for not giving five stars was that the zipper was stiff at first, and my bridesmaid helped me practice getting in and out before the big day. The Gioconda dress matched the description perfectly. Actually, the silk fabric is good quality, and the straight-across neckline is elegant. The rhinestone detailing is beautiful, though I had to get the bust taken in slightly even though I followed the measurement guide exactly - maybe I measured wrong? the team from customer service was helpful with my questions before ordering. The open back is sexy without being too revealing. The sweep train length was ideal for our venue. The quality far exceeded what I expected at this price point. The back detail is really what makes this dress special. The attention to detail is really noticeable up close.

Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
