Planning an August 2025 wedding at a botanical garden, this dress was just perfect. Actually, the exposed back got tons of compliments. The custom fit was a huge plus - it fit way better than off-the-rack. not your typical off-the-rack dress. I only needed one small alteration. The trumpet shape is stunning. Wore this for my November 2023 beach wedding. Honestly, the off-the-shoulder style is gorgeous and photographs beautifully. The two-in-one design is brilliant - dramatic for the ceremony then totally different for the reception. The buttons were a bit stiff at first but not a real issue. Overall, happy I ordered it. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
