It's a pretty dress but not without flaws. The dress arrived in a gorgeous Devotion box with a velvet hanger and a repair kit included. the back cutout is such a lovely detail. The color was a bit different than I expected from the pictures, but honestly it looks better in person. In the end, the dress looks nice!

What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
