The wedding dress is stunning. The mermaid cut hugged me perfectly, and the sweetheart neckline was very flattering. The only small issue was a bit of shedding from the glitter tulle, but it wasn't a big deal. The beadwork was gorgeous and sparkled beautifully during our evening ceremony. I'd definitely suggest Devotion to other brides. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived. I received so many compliments from people I didn't even know. Here's the thing - i discovered Devotion Dresses on Instagram early 2022 and decided to take a chance - so glad I did! This trumpet cut is stunning. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
