This Jade-Chloé A-line sweetheart milk dress almost feels unreal. I asked for buttons down the back and they accommodated that easily. The fabric drapes beautifully and the stitching is flawless. I don't usually write reviews, but this dress really deserves one! the low back is stunning and the lace appliques are incredibly detailed. As an hourglass figure, the A-line with sweetheart neckline was very flattering. I ordered early 2023, received production updates along the way, and it arrived perfectly crafted. The mesh fabric has a subtle shimmer that's just gorgeous. Absolutely love it.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
