I'm absolutely in love with this bridal gown. The fabric is gorgeous and the quality isn'ticeable right away. the back cutout detail is stunning and felt secure all night long. As a curvy woman, the bespoke sizing made a huge difference. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for me.

The dress is beautiful, though my experience was a bit mixed. the low back looks amazing and felt secure all night. The sequin details add just the right touch of sparkle. My alteration specialist kept praising how well-made it is. The tailored fit is truly what sets Devotion apart - the dress was tailored just for me. The color was a bit more champagne than on my screen but actually nicer in person. I needed to hem it slightly, which took one alteration session. Pretty solid for the price. The color was exactly as shown on the website.

The dress looks great, with both positives and a few downsides. The A-line silhouette is really flattering and the sweetheart neckline is exactly what I wanted. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
