Beautiful dress - the trumpet cut is very flattering and the detachable train is a clever touch. Truly, the illusion neckline is elegant and I loved how it all came together. Shipping took about a week longer than estimated, which was a bit stressful with my wedding date approaching. Still, it arrived with plenty of time, and the quality made up for the wait. The detachable train on this dress was such a smart feature. I wore the full train during the ceremony and photos, then took it off to dance at the reception - best of both worlds! Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
