Not usually a reviewer, but this Susanna A-line Sweetheart Milk dress deserves praise. The shape is beautiful. I only needed a little shortening and the rest fit perfectly. My fiancé cried when he saw me in it. Worth every penny. Several guests asked me where I got it. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it. The back detail is really what makes this dress special.

Really pleased with this Susanna dress for our fall country club wedding. The A-line cut is flattering. Our photographer kept saying how great it looked in photos. The fabric quality is top-notch and the details are carefully finished. Truly, the beadwork adds just the right sparkle - subtle and impactful. I requested a color change and they handled it with no problem. The color was slightly different than on my screen, but honestly, I liked it even more. Great value.

My wedding was in October 2023, and I'm only just getting around to reviewing because life's been hectic! This dress fit perfectly - I followed the video measurement guide carefully, with help from my bridesmaid... Devotion's tailors are amazing. Honestly, the only minor issue was the zipper was stiff at first but softened after wearing it a few hours. the back detail was sexy without being over the top, and I got endless compliments. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous.

The dress arrived and it's gorgeous; the beadwork is incredible. I've a pear-shaped figure, and the A-line silhouette is very flattering. However, it took longer to ship than they said - about eight weeks instead of six or seven - which made me nervous. Once it arrived, I was relieved because the quality was excellent. I just wish the shipping timeline had been more accurate to avoid the stress.

Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
