The dress is pretty good, with some notes. Honestly, the quality blew me away - it was much better than I expected. They kept me updated on progress, which reassured me. Honestly, the high neckline is unique and really sets the dress apart. My seamstress barely had to make any changes. The buttons were a bit stiff at first but loosened quickly. Still glad I chose this dress. The silhouette was incredibly flattering on my body type. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived.

I wore this to our church ceremony with 300 guests and it was okay. This alterations lady said it's one of the best-constructed dresses she's worked on. The two-in-one feature is genius - guests were amazed when I switched looks for the party. I changed the color and they managed it easily. The zipper was a little stiff at first but improved. The dress looks nice and I'm generally happy. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos. The beading work is really exquisite when you see it in person.

Basically, nice dress from Devotion with a few thoughts. Several guests told me it looked stunning, and I'm definitely still riding that high. Truly, the 3D appliques are gorgeous up close. They informed me when production started and when it shipped, which I appreciated. The trumpet silhouette was exactly what I wanted. The fabric wasn't exactly like online photos, but only slightly. Honestly, the color was warmer in real life but still beautiful. I'd recommend with those caveats.

Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
