Nice dress from Devotion, honestly better quality than anything I found in stores. I added buttons down the back and they handled it with no problem. My groom almost forgot his vows at our first look! I just wish the their sizing instructions was a bit more detailed. Still, thrilled with my pick. I felt like the most beautiful bride in the world. The beading work is really exquisite when you see it in person. The dress photographed even better than I expected. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos.

I loved this dress for our formal church wedding. Actually, the only minor thing was I wished the second look's silhouette differed a bit more instead of just removing the overlay, but that's just me being picky. The high neck was perfect for the ceremony and respected my traditional family's preferences, and then changing the look for the reception was so much fun. It fit beautifully and the fabric quality really impressed me. The craftsmanship was excellent and the Devotion team was wonderful to work with.

Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
