Fair experience with this dress. the quality speaks for itself. It arrived in a lovely Devotion-branded box, which was a nice touch. the back of the dress was my favorite detail and it held up great. Found one tiny loose thread near the waist but it was hardly noticeable. happy I chose this one. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived. I was nervous ordering online but it turned out perfectly. I was able to dance all night without any discomfort.

Well-made dress with a mixed experience. Actually, the back cutout is beautiful and felt secure all night. My partner even cried when he saw me during our first look. I appreciated the updates during production. Truly, the fabric was slightly different from the online photos but just barely. Would've liked a more detailed the sizing chart but it wasn't a dealbreaker. A fair choice for the price. The back detail is really what makes this dress special. My photographer said it was one of the best dresses she's shot.

Pretty good dress with some thoughts. Honestly, the A-line shape is flattering and great for dancing. Definitely not mass-produced. The V-neckline was just right. The side zipper was stiff initially but loosened up. There was a stray thread near the waist I snipped off, no big deal. A decent option for brides on a budget.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
