This dress looks beautiful, but a few things to note... It arrived perfectly packaged in a branded box with a protective packaging. The hand-beaded details are gorgeous but not too flashy. the back cutout is really nice. The hem was a bit longer than I expected but my seamstress fixed it easily. In the end, I'm happy with how it turned out. I've been recommending it to every bride I know. The attention to detail is really noticeable up close. I appreciated how responsive the team was throughout the process. I was nervous ordering online but it turned out perfectly.

Really happy with this gown for our spring wedding in a botanical garden. I just had to shorten the length a little, which my seamstress did in 20 minutes. Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
