Loved this dress for our fall wedding. You can tell it's made by experts. The two-in-one design was genius - I loved having two distinct looks without buying a second dress. It came perfectly packaged in a branded box and nice packaging, which was a nice detail. The side zipper was a bit stiff at first but loosened up fine. Overall, excellent value for a custom gown. The attention to detail is really noticeable up close. I was nervous ordering online but it turned out perfectly. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous. I would choose this dress again in a heartbeat.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
