Completely in love with this gown. The fabric feels gorgeous and the stitching was impeccable. My groom held my hands and told me I looked incredible, making the day perfect. The dress was beautiful with just a couple of small things to note. It was super comfortable to wear - I had it on for over 10 hours without any issues. It came with some wrinkles from shipping but a good steam fixed that quickly. They kept me updated when production started and when it shipped, which helped calm my nerves. So, nice dress from Devotion. the back cutout is stunning yet it still felt secure all night. The floral appliques were so detailed and romantic. Customer service was very responsive and even caught a measurement I'd done wrong, asking me to redo it. The bust was slightly loose so my seamstress adjusted it, but nothing major. A few creases from shipping but steamed out quickly. Ended up being a nice dress in the end. I would choose this dress again in a heartbeat.

Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
