Well, so my experience was overall positive dress. Actually, the side zipper was a bit stiff at first but worked perfectly after a few tries. The deep V-neckline is really elegant. For the price, I think it's a fair choice.

The embroidery on this gown is clearly hand-done and looks beautiful. The straps needed slight tweaking by my local tailor because they didn't sit quite right on my shoulders, but it was a quick fix. The court train was the perfect length for our beach wedding. I would have given it five stars if the straps had fit better initially. Several guests asked me where I got it.

I measured myself following their guide, and though we were nervous about getting it right, the their how-to guide was super easy to follow. The dusty rose undertone is soft and romantic. The deep V-neck was flattering, and the lace appliques delicate and lovely. Only small issue was a loose thread on one tulle layer that I trimmed myself. I had a garden ceremony last May and felt like a fairy.

Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
