Beautiful gown all around. It arrived packaged carefully in a branded box and nice packaging, making unboxing feel special. The 3D appliques add amazing texture and look fantastic. The dress catches the light and almost seems to glow in certain settings. It did crease a little from shipping but steamed out easily. I'd recommend Devotion; the only minor issue was negligible. I got tons of compliments from people I didn't even know. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous.

Lovely dress with one small note. There was a tiny thread near the waist that I just cut off - no big deal. The Devotion team was super helpful, answering all my questions. The A-line silhouette is beautiful. My alterations person said working on it was one of the easiest jobs she's had. The construction drew praise from my seamstress. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
