Good gown from Devotion Dresses. The dress catches the light beautifully, especially during golden hour. The V-neckline is just the right amount of reveal - not too much. I needed a slight bust alteration, which added a bit to the cost. I had to ask about delivery timelines, and the team was very helpful with the info. After alterations, the dress looks great. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived. The quality far exceeded what I expected at this price point. The beading work is really exquisite when you see it in person.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
