Wore this dress for our summer wedding and it was decent overall. the low back is absolutely stunning. Honestly, the ordering process was straightforward - just input your measurements and they handle the rest. I wish they'd sent progress photos during production, but everything else was fine. I had to email once about shipping, and they replied the same day. I'd still recommend but make sure to allow extra time for alterations. The beading work is really exquisite when you see it in person.

The Marigold is a pretty, well-made dress, but the crepe fabric was heavier than I expected, so I felt a bit warm during our outdoor ceremony. The sweep train length was just right, and the boat neckline looked very flattering. a team member from customer service answered all my pre-order questions really well. I'd recommend it but keep in mind it's not lightweight.

Okay so i found Devotion Dresses on Instagram early in 2023 and decided to take a chance since they were fairly new. The milk color was so unique and elegant. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
