Lovely wedding dress from Devotion. Honestly, the fabric feels high-end and photographs well. I'm athletic and their measurements fit me well. I did contact them about delivery timing; they were very helpful. Very pleased overall and would recommend.

So, pretty dress but not without flaws. The fabric drapes and moves beautifully. There was a small loose thread near the neckline I barely noticed. Would recommend but keep those notes in mind. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it.

Pleased with this dress for my July wedding. The fabric catches light beautifully, especially during golden hour. It feels luxurious and every detail is carefully finished. The 3D appliques are impressive up close. I added buttons down the back and they handled it perfectly. Being a size 15, custom fit made all the difference. Shipping took a bit longer than I hoped but they kept me updated. Would recommend - minor shipping delay only.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
