I rarely write reviews but this dress made me want to tell every bride about it. The sweetheart neckline is gorgeous and frames the bust beautifully. The fit hugs where it should and flows elsewhere. This dress is gorgeous, and I preferred the softer ivory tone over stark white. the back detail was the final selling point for me. My only small complaint is that the mesh wrinkles easily, so you'll want to steam it before wearing. Truly, the impressive craftsmanship shows in every detail. the service team was very helpful answering my questions about caring for it. I got constant compliments from people I didn't even know. The back detail is really what makes this dress special.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
