Decent wedding dress from Devotion with a few notes. The ordering was straightforward - you follow the tutorial they provide for measurements and place your order. The floral appliques add a lovely dimension. The sequins are prettier in person and more subtle than I expected, which I liked. I ordered a size 8 and the made-to-order fit really helped. The back zipper was a bit tricky at first but fine now. Overall, a good dress. It was comfortable enough to wear for the entire reception.

A beautiful gown with just one minor comment. Everyone loved the open back detail, and it still felt secure all evening. My husband was mesmerized when he saw me at the altar. There were some wrinkles after shipping but a quick steam sorted them out. I'd recommend Devotion - the one issue was very minor.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
