A really pretty bridal dress overall. The quality is impressive; my seamstress agreed. Actually, the personalized fit is a huge plus - so much better than off the rack. Actually, the beading looks fantastic, especially in photos. The fabric was slightly different in real life than on the website but barely noticeable. I'd recommend it, just keep those points in mind.

Decent experience with this purchase Polianna A-line V-neck Ivory dress. I had to take in the waist slightly, but everything else fit well. The fabric is gorgeous and moves beautifully. They kept me updated during production, which I appreciated. The A-line cut is lovely and the beadwork is elegant, not overdone. I did find a small loose thread near the neckline and had to adjust the bust a bit, but nothing major. Would recommend with those notes in mind. I appreciated how responsive the team was throughout the process. The color was exactly as shown on the website.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
