My experience was okay with Devotion Dresses. My seamstress praised how well-made the dress is. The hand-beaded details catch light beautifully - subtle but impactful. They kept me updated during production which helped calm my nerves. The applique is detailed and romantic, really well done. Actually, the fabric looked slightly different from the screen but I actually like it better. I emailed about delivery timing and they resolved it quickly. Overall, the dress turned out pretty. The color was exactly as shown on the website.

Such a lovely bridal dress from Devotion. I did get the waist taken in a bit, which added a little to the cost. My alteration specialist was impressed. The open back is truly gorgeous and received many compliments. I only needed a slight bust adjustment, which my seamstress completed in about 20 minutes. The open back felt secure all night. The fabric catches light beautifully, making our photos stunning. I'd tell other brides to consider it but keep those small points in mind.

The dress is beautiful with delicate lace appliques and sequins. Not sure if that's just the challenge of being short or a sizing misunderstanding. I'm giving it 4 stars because I'm petite (5'2") and even after sending exact measurements, I still needed to have the hem taken up quite a bit. Either way, my seamstress said the construction quality was excellent and alterations were straightforward. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos. The silhouette was incredibly flattering on my body type. It was comfortable enough to wear for the entire reception.

Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
