Good wedding dress from Devotion. Because of the custom measurements, I barely needed alterations. you notice the craftsmanship right away. The ordering process was straightforward - follow their measurement tips and submit your order. The color wasn't exactly as shown online, but I actually liked the real-life shade better. I wish there were more color options, but that's minor. The dress still looks nice in the end.

Really happy with this wedding dress at our 50-person yacht club ceremony. I'm plus size and the their sizing made a huge difference. The zipper was a bit tough at first but no problems now. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
