Anyway, this dress is absolutely stunning. Actually, the combination of the jewel neckline and long sleeves feels so sophisticated, and the mermaid silhouette made me feel confident. As an hourglass shape, I found it incredibly flattering. The crepe fabric has a nice weight to it which I loved, giving it a substantial, luxurious feel. Devotion's team was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and my dress arrived in a beautiful branded box with a velvet hanger. Highly recommend. The fabric catches the light beautifully in photos. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos. The dress photographed even better than I expected.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
